The HDA's objective is to streamline, make more transparent, standardise, and harmonise the exchange of meta and scattered data in healthcare. A customer-centric approach is crucial, as users often lack visibility on how to access specific data, and the agency can assist in unlocking this information.

The HDA will contribute to formalising procedures to expedite the processing times for requests to access data.
