The HDA will document and optimise processes related to health data requests and support these health data access requests to make them easier and faster.

The added value from these improvements and gains in speed will be demonstrated in the HDA’s reports and dashboards.

The HDA will continuously measure the return on investment (ROI) of its activities. Monitoring processing times, duration of request processes, and other metrics also fall within the agency's responsibilities.
