How are the communities involved in the HDA?

The federated entities are granted an advisory vote in the management committee and the users committee under Article 7, §2, 3°, and Article 9, §4, 8°, respectively. In a second phase, consultations with the federated entities are targeted with the aim of concluding a collaboration agreement.
