TEHDAS2 is developing guidelines and technical specifications to enable seamless use of health data across Europe under the upcoming European Health Data Space (EHDS). Each product is released for a 30-day public consultation to ensure that the final outputs meet the needs of citizens, health professionals and regulators.

European Health Data Space

The European Union established a new law called the European Health Data Space (EHDS). This is a set of common rules between European countries to make better use of health data while protecting citizens' privacy. The aim is to improve patient care, promote research and help organise public health more effectively.
