TEHDAS2
TEHDAS2 is developing guidelines and technical specifications to enable seamless use of health data across Europe under the upcoming European Health Data Space (EHDS). Each product is released for a 30-day public consultation to ensure that the final outputs meet the needs of citizens, health professionals and regulators.
How does the EHDS impact my organisation?
The EHDS is on its way — and it will affect every organisation working with health data.
At the Health Data Agency, we’re looking to better understand your context so we can offer support that fits.
European Health Data Space
The European Union established a new law called the European Health Data Space (EHDS). This is a set of common rules between European countries to make better use of health data while protecting citizens' privacy. The aim is to improve patient care, promote research and help organise public health more effectively.
Healthcare
of the Future
The Health Data Agency (HDA) is reshaping the Belgian health data landscape with a focus on the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable). Introducing a comprehensive data catalog, the HDA tackles challenges in data access, simplifying the process of finding and combining information. Through strong data governance, the HDA ensures a more uniform, trustworthy, transparent, and secure approach to health data.
